"The Japanese minimalist concept emphasizes on the simplification of clutter replacement. Among the seven tenets of Zen philosophy is this one. By stressing the fundamental features of an object or area, kanso aims to uncover beauty in simple forms and promotes peace and tranquilly. My love of simplicity has merged in this study on the vegetation in the Venice lagoon. Performed on water, this sequence of images is done both with long exposures and rapid too. High tidal sea water submerges the plant species captured.
